We do not collect passwords or private keys. Payments in USDT happen on the public TON blockchain, where transactions are visible to anyone.
3. Waitlist
If you join the TONOS Market waitlist, we keep your Telegram username and your answers. We use them to decide which stores and countries to launch first and to message you once when the market opens. You can leave the waitlist at any time by writing to us.
4. How we use data
- To provide the service: stores, checkout, payment protection, delivery tracking and support.
- To keep the service safe: fraud prevention and dispute handling.
- To send service messages in Telegram. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
5. Sharing
We share order details with the seller you buy from so they can deliver your order. We use service providers for hosting and infrastructure. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We keep account and order data while your account is active and for [period] afterwards to meet legal and accounting duties. Waitlist data is deleted [period] after the market opens or when you ask.
